{"id":6640,"date":"2025-06-30T09:13:18","date_gmt":"2025-06-30T07:13:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nuova-idropress.com\/declaration-of-accessibility\/"},"modified":"2025-06-30T09:13:18","modified_gmt":"2025-06-30T07:13:18","slug":"declaration-of-accessibility","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.nuova-idropress.com\/es\/declaration-of-accessibility\/","title":{"rendered":"Declaration of accessibility"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nuova Idropress S.p.A. undertakes to make its website accessible, in compliance with <strong>Directive (EU) 2019\/882<\/strong>, implemented in Italy by <strong>Legislative Decree 82\/2022<\/strong>, and in accordance with the technical requirements contained in standard <strong>EN 301 549<\/strong> and <strong>WCAG 2.1<\/strong> (level AA).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Current compliance status<\/h2>\n<p>This website is <strong>partially compliant<\/strong> with WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>Some contents are not accessible due to partial or incomplete non-compliance with the provisions of Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard, recalled by the Guidelines on the Accessibility of Information Technology Tools of 26\/04\/2022, in turn recalled by the Law of 9 January 2004, n. 4 e ss.mm.ii. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Non-accessible content<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Some buttons do not have accessible names<\/li>\n<li>Some &lt;frame&gt; or &lt;iframe&gt; elements do not have a title<\/li>\n<li>The name of some links is not distinguishable<\/li>\n<li>In some cases the contrast ratio between background and foreground colours is not<\/li>\n<li>Sufficient<\/li>\n<li>Some lists do not contain only &lt;li&gt; elements and elements supporting scripts (&lt;script&gt; and &lt;template&gt;).<\/li>\n<li>ARIA roles are used on some incompatible elements<\/li>\n<li>Some touch targets do not have sufficient size or spacing.<\/li>\n<li>There is a problem deactivating zoom<\/li>\n<li>It is not indicated when the link is external<\/li>\n<li>Some labels on modules are missing<\/li>\n<li>Links are not distinguishable without colour<\/li>\n<li>Multimedia content such as videos or documents do not comply with accessibility requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nuova Idropress S.p.A. is committed to optimising the website with a view to making the above content fully accessible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Drafting the accessibility declaration<\/h2>\n<p>The first version of the declaration was drafted on <strong>27 June 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Reporting modalities and contact details of the reporting entity<\/h2>\n<p>Nuova Idropress S.p.A. provides the feedback mechanism to be used to notify cases of non-compliance and to request information and contents that are excluded from the scope of the Directive.
