PRESSES

The presses Nuova IDROPRESS S.p.A. are specifically manufactured for making the EPS blocks elastic, from which slabs for heat and sound insulation are then processed (Tritschall). The standard dimensions are foreseen to press blocks until 8x1, 4x1 m. Both the pressing speed and the parallelism of the layers are electronically controlled in order to optimise the quality of the resulting product.
Security systems are certified according to the international norms. With this treatment EPS is gaining new features and can be used for further applications. Presses can be realised both in horizontal and vertical position in order to facilitate the handling of the blocks.
