According to the Customer's manufacturing requirements block-moulding machines can be supplied both with and without vacuum.
The standard dimensions of the mould may vary from a minimum of 1 x 0.5 x 1 m. up to a maximum of 8 x 1.25 x 1.5 m., and depending on the model they can gradually be adjusted in height or in depth.
Meeting the most severe safety regulations, the NUOVA IDROPRESS S.p.A. Block-Moulding machines, tested and Certified as pressurized containers, comply with the CE European Regulation (Machine Directive) and are therefore to be considered safe for operators.
Pressure certifications are available for countries worldwide. The block moulding machines may be supplied with the following test certificates:
- I.S.P.E.S.L. (to comply with Italian regulations) accepted by TÜF
- APAVE (to comply with French regulations);
- BUREAU VERITAS
